I withdrew on the 24th, and the money was showing in my account this morning. Standard.

A good sign that non-US customers are still being serviced, business as usual.

It looks more and more like a US processor problem, especially since their ATM card works.

I can't do any bank withdrawals until I get back to Canada and set up a new non-US bank account with NETeller.

Can someone change the name of this thread. Nobody cares that someone from outside the USA gets his neteller withdrawal.

I edited the title for you, but people DO care, if the company is paying people off it is a good sign, and I am sure that many people want to hear this news even if it isnt an american customer.

I certainly do being a non-US client ... this is a good sign that Neteller is operating 'business as usual' for their non US clients and i hope they keep it up in the future cuz I need 'em.

I am sure some do care, but to me it seems like it was rubbing it in my face that I am from that shit hole country.

That is exactly what I was told by Neteller CS. They are apparently having problems with 2 of their 3 US EFT processors.

Not rubbing anything in your face. My apologies for antagonising you from my shithole country. (wtf???)

A thread was started the other day asking if Canadian NETeller customers were receiving their funds via EFT. I requested an EFT from NETeller to test it out, and promised to report back.

And, as SS points out, it's a good sign that others are being paid, and goes to support the theory that the issues are with US processors and not because NETeller isn't flush.

Sportsavant thank you for changing the name of the thread. I am just a bit agro today.

It is disheartning to know others are getting paid just because they live outside the USA. Especially when I have been trying to get residence outside the USA for the past 2 years.

Xpanda I tried to edit my last post, but didn't allow me to because they only give you 5 minutes to edit.

I am happy you are getting paid.

Keep as little money as you can with neteller. You don't want what happened to me to happen to you.

Not only did I win a huge amount of over the weekend. My work also pays me through my neteller account. And what day did this happen the 15th. Me and my family got screwed.

Zone, I trust that you will get paid. I know waiting for your EFT has to be incredibly frustrating. The purpose of this thread was only to provide a little peace of mind that NETeller is indeed functioning as normal for outside the US. They are claiming that 2/3rds of their US processors are down, a very plausible excuse supported by the fact that Canadians are withdrawing as usual.

Xpanda - the problem is Neteller has no incentive to find new US avenues...

They are sitting on a ton of interest.

Likely EFTs were blocked, their USD check bank blocked so they said use the card. As soon as that bank pulled out...

Now, they can say they have no way and I imagine aren't looking too hard.

People want to know that people elsewhere are getting paid. Some of us care about our options.

I would believe this in ONE person from the U.S. gets on here and says they have received there EFT. One. Haven't yet heard from that one person.

They aren't paying anyone from the U.S. I think I know exactly what's going on now. They're not TRYING to stiff (although that could be the end result anyway), not trying to collect interest. Neteller is unsure of the legality of paying U.S. customers, so they are holding off indefinately until they get a legal green-light, which may or may not happen at some point.
